Program Description

Global Supply Chain Management, also known as the value chain or logistics network management, consists of a network of suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, distribution centers, wholesalers and retailers. It also includes a variety of specialized facilitating systems, such as transportation and information systems. The Global Supply Chain Management option develops an understanding of the design, control and operation of supply chains.

Student Learning Outcomes

The Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) for the B.S. in Business Administration are designed to demonstrate student understanding and ability in the following: Written and Oral Communication, Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking, Ethics and Social Responsibility, Global Context of Business, the Cross-Functional Nature of Business, Key Business Concepts and Effective Teamwork.

Additional SLOs for the Option in Global Supply Chain Management include: Understand the fundamental concepts, principles and tools associated with supply chain management; Apply analytical thinking to supply chain problems and issues in the global marketplace; Develop effective communication skills as related to the analysis and interpretation of supply chain problems.

為來自中國的學生設(shè)計 Students will be considered for admission to CSUN if they meet the following requirements: Have earned a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 grading scale, or an average of "B" grades on an "A - F" letter grading scale. An international first-time freshman is a student applying to a bachelor's degree program who has not completed any post-secondary course work at a college or university. English language requirements: IELTS Academic - International English Language Test System: 6.0 or higher; iTEP Academic - International Test of English Proficiency - 5.0 or higher; PTE Academic - Pearson’s Test of English - 45 or higher; TOEFL - Test of English as a Foreign Language: Internet Based score: 61, Paper-based score: 500. We do not accept TOEFL ITP.
