在這里學什么？ **Course Overview**If you are passionate about pursuing a career as a healthcare professional but do not have the required qualifications for direct entry then the Integrated Foundation Year offers a supportive alternative route into Higher Education. You will gain the subject knowledge that underpins your subsequent three-year programme and develop the transferable skills needed to apply the theory you learn to practice and understand the career relevance of your degree. You will develop key competencies for research, academic writing, presenting and enhancing skills such as communication, team working, self-management, resilience, self-awareness and confidence. You will gain awareness of professional contexts, individual professional standards and values.This degree programme in Health and Social Care provides you with the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised academic award that has been designed to meet your needs, and facilitate progression as you build your career within Health and Social Care sectors. The key knowledge, understanding and experiences gained throughout the programme are structured to enhance employability within a sector that is experiencing continued growth. **Graduate Prospects**Following this programme there is an opportunity to work in a variety of organisations and settings in enhanced roles, in managerial positions, in the NHS and as a business owner within the health and social care setting. there are opportunities to continue your studies at postgraduate level, either individual modules or a full Masters programme.
